My IP is identified and I am being Disqualified. Why?

I think my IP address is being identified and I am now being disqualified for survey opportunities. What can I do about this? Do I have to change my IP address, e-mail address, and how about my mailing address, will that have to be changed also?

You could try changing your IP, get a new Email address, I don't think they check mailing address.
Get paid gift cards by doing free online surveys.
