Here is another positive plug for Synovate :) I rec'd the balance of $20 for the survey noted in my previous post. Actually ($25 in total) Initial $5 I had rec'd a few weeks ago with the remaining $20 at the conclusion of the study. Have been doing surveys with them for approx. 1 year and I have always been paid.
Regards,

Good to know they pay! I just finished a survey for them for $10. I'll post when I get it.

How often do you get surveys from Synovate?

I used to be a member a really long time ago and would get tons. . . I started a new account over a month ago and haven't received a single survey invitation.

Even worse, they were the only site that turned my webpage down as an affiliate. . . they said it wasn't big enough. <_<

Are their referrals for Synovate??? I'd like to sign-up, but if someone can make some cash off of me as a referral, I'd rather do it that way.

There are only referrals if the person signs up and is accepted to have their website be an affiliate for them. They seem to be rather picky as to who can do this, however.

I did a survey for Synovate yesterday on cellphone usage. The usual stuff, who is your provider, who is the manufacturer of the phone, type of calling plan etc. Then the survey ended asking me to give my cell # for research with one of their partner companies and wanted to know if I would like to partake in a THREE YEAR study on my cell billing. :censor: , I might not live another three years. lol But the real topper was that for my three year commitment I would be compensated (now hold on to your hats) $15. Exxcuuuuse me!!!!! Yeah, $10 initial and $5 when the study is completed. Geez, let me think on that for awhile.

What's expected of you for those 3 years?? For that kind of money, it had better be nothing. Absolutely nothing. You should email them back and tell them that you were insulted by that offer. Tell them you time is worth at least $5 per year :lmao: Could you imagine doing that?? getting survey invites and demanding more money before you complete it?!?! I wonder if they would at least call you so you can hear them laughing at you :lmao:

Most of the surveys I've received are for sweepstakes as well. I did receive one $5 survey after I had been taking their surveys consistently for 3 months. Paid in about 5 weeks.

Can anyone clue me in on how Synovate awards their survey points?

I've received several surveys from this this past week; one of them read "...you may received up to 300 reward points.... plus a sweepstakes entry"...
Another one was "...up to 200 reward points..."; and, another one was "...up to 100 reward points...."

OK....I completed all three surveys; and received no points on the 200 & 300 point surveys; but, did get 10 points on the survey that said "...up to 100 reward points..."

So, can someone enlighten me on how they determine how many points will be given for their surveys?

I contacted them by e-mail, and, just got their usual "form" letter about user name/password info....

I can't even log in on Synovates web site to see about the points. I have emailed them numerous times. Always get the standard reset password page. I've tried , my more computer savvy husband has tried , nothing works. Now it's been about 2 weeks since I've even heard from them. I was getting about 4 or 5 surveys a week from them before this. The main reason I did their surveys was the product tests. Oh well, I'll give it a little longer . If all else fails I'll just try signing up again with them. Doesn't sound like I'd be losing many points.

Update: About a week ago I was finally able to log in to the new Synovate site. Have started getting surveys from them again also. I don't know what the problem was, just glad to have it resolved.
