I'm not living in the US and this is kind of a problem, I feel limited as many working-at-home programs are only available in US (or Canada...). There are few online making money programs that work outside these main countries, because the market isn't so big out there, so for me there are really few options... Do you have any good suggestions of (reliable) programs available in more countries?

This is indeed a problem for people who are not in the USA. As a "foreigner" myself I also face this issue. I worked nicely with advertising systems like Google Adsense, Adbrite (didn't cash anything though since I wasn't able to make money out of it), TextLinkAds. I have also worked with people for web design and advertising and was able to receive money through Paypal. This really helps us a lot, otherwise the cashing would be quite a problem.

I guess for now Adsense, Text Link Ads and other programs that pay you through paypal are ok.
I think the only thing people outside the US should look for is the part of the terms of service in which the countries involved are listed :)
