Members (Free membership) get paid:

$0.01 (1 cent) per email;
$0.005(0.5 cent) for clicking ads at MatrixMails' site;
Sign up offers;
Writing articles - they manually review articles, can take 1-4 weeks to approve;

You can also upgrade membership to get higher pay.

Minimal payout is only $2.00.

I did a little research about this site, sounds a reliable paying site.
