I am also looking for the Pinecone Research signup link... I have been unemployed for over a year and jobs are scarce in my area (layoffs and closings). If someone could pm or email me a link I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks

Welcome to the forum nc80slady!!! As far as Pincone is concerned anyone here would be able to give you a link...However....You would not benefit from it as there is no way to sign-up at the site. You have to either find a Pinecone banner or get a referral (which referrals are few and far between as Pinecone only accepts referrals maybe once or twice a year) My advice is to search for the banner and you may get lucky...

Please do a search here at the forum before making a post to see if there is already a thread started on the topic to which you care to make a post. This will help to keep the forum a bit more tidy...If you have any questions please ask as there is always someone here eager to help!!!

Don't feel bad Lara...I have only rec'd a profile update from them...I don't understand why so many people are eagerly trying to get on board with Pinecone??? I am not all that impressed with them as far as frequency of surveys are are concerned...Then after reading some negative reviews about them over the weekend I am really not impressed....

Well I will tell you why I am impressed with them. I have had about 6 or so surveys from them, and I have been paid a few days after I complete them. I get about a survey a week or so. They are the only company that has paid me so far, and i hardly get any surveys from other companys. I realize other companys may be doing better for other people, but right now Pinecone is the only one working for me! :D

Welcome to the forum WebRat!!! Instead of having to explain how to join Pinecone I just quoted myself for you from another Pinecone related topic area...This has to be THE MOST popular question in THIS forum if not the entire survey world...How to join Pinecone!!! If you have some spare time you could just do a Google search on how to join the cone and you may get lucky and discover someone with some info. out there...Other than that you just keep looking for their banner on different sites...I have seen the banner at the volition site a time or two...However they change the sites that the banner is on quite frequently...You could also try the how stuff works site...Good luck and enjoy your time here at the forum!!!

Does someone have a link that works for pinecone research. Seems like it is a really good site, that pays well. The link I tried, posted earlier on this site, doesn't work. Thank-you

I get surveys from PC about every 2 weeks but they are never for more than $5. I enjoy them as some are interesting ;)

Well, it never made sense to me for them to send payments out before people had completed the surveys.....Now, they are on the right track!

I bet it's due to some peopel cashing the checks and never took the surveys. They always said they could tell who cashed and took the surveys and who didn't but I wonder if more didnt' do the surveys.

I know if something happened and I didn't do the survey I didn't cash the check. I try to do the surveys as soon as I get the email or at least by the deadline. I really like Pinecone and hope the changes help them grow.

I totally agree. I think as they got bigger and bigger they probably, unforunately, had more and more people taking the money without making the effort. Glad to see they are still as on top of payment, though, as ever!

I really like them for timliness of payment and consistency (always at least $5) but I agree, they come in spurts and I certainly make more money with other survey sites.

I have always completed the surveys as well even when they were sending the checks out before the project was closed....
