I have to give these guys props too. I got 20 minutes into the survey and had it crash on me. I wrote them a note, explained how far I had gotten, so it was clear I wasn't lying, and they offered to fulfill the offer as it was an error on their part and not my own. So big kudos to Barilla! You earned a fan today!
