I honestly don't know how people can claim that they don't know that they cannot repeat offers. It is clearly outlined in every site I have ever been part of. I know that if I repeat offers, I will be banned from a site and lose my earnings. Period.
I hate to see someone who has worked as hard as Candace to make her site one of the best -- RHC is on my very short-list of preferred sites -- be trashed by someone who cheated the system.
I go by the same username on all forums and sites so you can very easily search and see how many times I have recommended RHC to others.

1. I earned money on it.
2. I was not paid.
To me, that is a scam. Whether you work for 3.00 or 3,000.00, if you are not paid for your work, I truly believe it is a scam! Let m explain. I wrote to Candace, asked for a list of the offers she was paid for that I did, and instead she sent me a list of what I understood to be a list of the offers that she denied me or were reversed for due to (what I understand to be) mass completions. She told me via email that after she deducted my repeat offers, that there was $51.465 in my account. Exact wording from Candace:
"Kristen, Below are all of the offers you had reverse on RHC, and your winnings from CD spinner and Guitar Pick. This would leave $51.465 in your account, which should be forfieted, as per RHC rules/terms/guidelines. Let me sit on it for a day or so to decide how I wish to procede from here. I'm sorry you think i am being unfair, but I have had many members cheat the system, and what isn't fair is treating the members differently."
This is proof to me that I earned money on the site, and was not paid for it. It also leads me to believe that RHC was paid for my work and they are keeping the money they earned from me. I was new at this, allegedly violated the RHC terms of service, and now all of my earnings are forfeitted! Who says these terms are legal? If you go to work, violate the work policy, and are even fired, you are still legally entitled to your pay you earned! I worked for Candace and made money that I assume made her money (I doubt she mailed back the 51.00 and change to the advertisers....and whatever else of my 399.00 cashout she profited off of)) and asked her for the difference and for the money she earned off of me and was paid for. She eventually denied my request informing me that I was not getting any of my money. Did she deny offers but get paid from advertisers and keep that money plus mine? I would think so. I received an email from a person purporting to be another GPT site owner and she wrote the following:
"Hello, I saw this post of your on the get paid hwy. Sorry that Roch Hard Cash isn't paying you. I thought your post was very informative. I just started my own GPT sign up website using the same script as Rockhardcash which is called SHIFTCODE. For insight I can tell you since I am an ADMIN of my own site and can see the exact ADMIN area as rochhardcash does, its hard to get credit for offers completed.
Obviously if an offer is credited, the shiftcode script credits your account. Most affiliate advertiser networds have POSTBACK URL's that pay you within minutes or an hour or two. However what alot of affiliate networks can do is whats called "reverse crediting", meaning if they see someone completed the same offer from the same IP address 10 times on 10 different sites, they can can cancel 9 of them, and the website's balance goes down, so then your credit gets taken away too. Its really confusing to understand completely and it is the 1 topic just about every GPT site can't really fully explain.
In reguards to RockHardCash not paying you, thats BS. Because most GPT sites payout around 50% revenue. Meaning if you are owed $400 like you claim, then you can expect that the site made $800 total, and is giving you 50% of that in $400, while keeping half for themselves in $400 as well. If you complete a $0.50cent offer, the site is usually getting at least $1.00 total. Thats 50% revenue commission.
So rock hard cash gets $400 from you busting your arse completeing offers, then they don't pay you any of it, so they take $800 profit from you busting your arse while they did absolutely nothing. They jipped you pretty bad. On top of it, the part that they don't have to pay you because you completed offers on numerous sites is a flat out lie, this goes back to what I was saying about how no GPT site can explain the crediting process without beating around the bush confusing you and themselves leaving the whole thought process for your mind to be just flabbergased. Rock Hard Cash makes that up to keep that whole profit, they are making a killing and I'm sorry you didn't get paid. If you want I can contact my scrit seller and let them know about it. They also designed the rock hard cash custom layout script along w/ others such as deal barbie and so forth.
Any way, I'm just getting started with my website."
This led me to believe that I was really being ripped off. I sent this post to Candace, and another member of RHC forwarded me an email less than 24 hours later with RHC new terms:
From Admin
Subject Updated TOS....
Date Friday, March 16, 2007
RockHardCash has made some updates to the TOS. If you do not agree to the updated version, please respond to this email requesting your account to be cancelled. Continued use of your account implies your ackowledgement and acceptance of the new terms coincidentally dated the day I emailed her (Candace): RHC new terms are as follows:
"The short version (NOT all inclusive of the full TOS below):
1. One account PER HOUSEHOLD
2. Do NOT use AOL or Netscape as your browser - use ONLY Internet Explorer or Firefox.
3. You must be 13 years of age to use RockHardCash; request may be made to verify your age. If you are under 18, you need parental consent to participate.
4. You must use YOUR OWN REAL information when filling out information on offers; if you don't, you are putting your RockHardCash account at great risk for suspension.
5. Do NOT access RockHardCash through a proxy server or an anonymizer.
6. You must live IN the United States or Canada to do offers on RockHardCash.
7. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome on RockHardCash. RockHardCash relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. If any of the following is observed (this is not an all inclusive list and additional circumstances may be defined at a later date by RockHardCash), related accounts will be suspended and all earnings forfeited. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by RockHardCash, your account will be CLOSED and any money you have earned doing offers, whether they are reversed by the advertiser or not, will NOT BE PAID to you. Examples are:
* Encouraging users to cancel once credit it received
* Completing the same offer multiple times
* Completing the same offer multiple times on multiple sites
* Providing false/incomplete information upon signup
* Providing false/incomplete information to an advertiser
* 'Coaching' a referral by guiding them through the process of completing a specific and suggested offer
* Any manipulation of the system
8. RockHardCash does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for offers. We reserve the right to refuse credit for an offer for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, system abuse and early termination. In addition, if RockHardCash does not receive credit for an offer, the member will not receive credit, except in circumstances as decided solely by RockHardCash.
9. You are NOT an employee of RockHardCash. You are an independent contractor. You do not work for me and as such, you are doing all offers on a voluntary basis with the understanding that no credit is guaranteed for the time you spend completing offers.
10. If you do not agree with these rules, DO NOT do offers on this site.
It is highly recommended that you read through the entire TOS, as the above is meant to be a highlight of what is below. It is not the fault of RockHardCash if you choose not to read the full TOS.
Candace"
I willl let anyone reading this site draw their own conclusions to my post on whether or not this is a scam. I feel that I should be paid for what I earned. Bottom line. The terms that were in effect when I signed up did not state whether I was an independent contractor or an employee, did not say that if Candace got paid for an offer but the offer was repeated elsewhere that we still did not get paid. In fact, I feel many GPT sites encourage fraud. In the instructions on at least one site, they suggest getting phone numbers from private phone, and to use gmail so you can "move the dot" to create a different email address! hmmmmm.
I am sorry if I offended you but I am upset and for a measley 51.00 this argument would not be happening! Instacash vault also locked me out and so far kept my earnings. They informed me that their final decision was to not pay me. They wrote this regarding the GPT owner I quoted above: "I have sincere doubts to either the legitimacy of the attached email sent or the knowledge behind someone who admits themselves to being new. They are setting themselves up for failure as well as risking their relationships with the advertisers. I will in no way be swayed by another person's unprofessional opinion. I also know that what has been written against RHC by various members is under investigation for libel. As there is documented proof from the advertisers of multiple completions. It is against any legitmate site to do so."
It seems they are now trying to threaten me because I posted this original post about my being scammed! I do have proof of 51.00 in legit earnings that Candace stated "This would leave $51.465 in your account, which should be forfieted." Multiple completions or not, if RHC profits off of me and I have offers that were not multiple completions (ex: 51.00 as stated by Candace) then I am just writing about what she told me! For anyone that is a member of RHC, there seem to be new terms that clearly stated. At the time I signed up, the terms were not exactly the same as the March 16th updated ones. They led me to believe that if an offer was reversed and the advertiser did not pay RHC, then we would not be paid. I did not read them to mean that the sites can compare offers, deny them, possibly keep the money the advertiser paid them, and not pay us! (The employee, now clearly set out as the independent contractor. I am not really trying to bash anyone here, I am just informing others that I feel the old terms were breached (In my opinion) and I deserve my money I earned. Peace!!!

I am just going to say two more things and then will let this go. RHC does pay members who do their offers honestly. Mistakes happen, but $350 is not a mistake. I am sure that Candace will benefit from your post because people now know not to try to scam her site, so hopefully, she won't go through this again.
Also, if you are working on a site that only pays out 50% -- run! I don't claim to know what all sites are paying out, but I know that at least one pays out in the 75% range.

Besides you have posted the same messages in this area there is no need to repeat posts in different areas of the forum. It clutters up the forum and just no need to do that. We read the posts and some members find it a nuisance to see the same messages in other areas. Why read 3 posts on the same thing in different areas..waste of time (and typing time unless you copied and pasted)
I'm not sure if this even belongs here in the Programs that DO NOT PAY since you are the only one that is having a problem with this site. Most sites listed here numerous people have complaints against them not just one person. I'm sorry everyone knows these types of programs do not allow you to repeat offers you did on other sites.(you stated you didn't know you couldn't do it <_< ) It's not fair for you to go to different sites and get paid for the same offers. All these sites clearly state this in their TOS...I don't even do these programs and I know that. Why should they pay you for a program that you signed up on ABC site and also DEF site? Not very fair to those who do this the right way.
I don't want to come across harsh but if you are going to do these programs then you should carefully read TOS so that you aren't losing on money.
I am sorry you lost money but again no need to post this in 2 different parts of the forum. I hope something works out for you.

I find it amusing that people will give the excuse "I didn't know I couldn't repeat the same offers" from site to site, when on every site I have ever tried, it is CLEARLY stated in the TOS, as well as all over the forums, NOT to do this. Also, common sense and decency should dictate that repeating the same offers over and over is just plain wrong.
What is even more amusing is when the person admits they broke the rules, but contines to play the victim, still demanding the money they acquired through fraudulent means.

First off, as a RockHardCash member, they are an excellent website. I cashed out on April 30 and the next day I already had been paid by them. Candace is a wonderful admin who is just protecting her website and her members that do not do fraud from possibly losing good advertisers.
As I said, I am working on my own GPT website as we speak and I can tell you a couple of things about Affiliate Networks. You see, the way Candace gets her offers on RockHardCash are through certain Affiliate Networks. If you did $400 worth of offers and only $51 was actually legitimate, Candace lost all that money as well. Affiliate Networks clearly explain to us in the Terms of Service that if any of our members fraudulently complete any offers and they are reversed, we lose the money.
Also, as stated in the Terms of Service in any GPT website, you are an "Independent Contractor". You are in no way an employee of those websites. That means, you make the mistake of not reading the Terms and Conditions (that you agreed to and 'had read' to in order to be even accepted into the program) and you fraud the system, it is entirely your fault and Rock Hard Cash (or any other GPT website does not owe you any money). Candace was nice enough to think about it. Most websites wouldn't even give you the chance.
Another thing, RockHardCash and InstaCashVault are all a part of the GPTOwnersAlliance.com and if you fraud one of their systems, they will all check to see if you are under their membership as well. They are a part of that website in order to catch members such as yourself.
I am sorry if I sound harsh but you have no one to blame but yourself for your mistakes. If you are new to this, even more of a reason to read the Terms and Conditions. Because you checked that box saying that you have read and accepted it, you are not entitled to anything.

My friend was locked by rhc too. He earned over 300, and was given some stupid reason for locking him down. Like he needs a valid photo id, when my friend sent them the id(license), they said its invalid they need other identication, and my friend sent them his college id, and they never reply again.
Make your own judgment whether to join or not. My recommendation is "NO"!!!!

SquishyCash is NOT on any watchlist. They are one of the greatest gpt sites.
Jennteel has been everywhere online trying to beat down tons and tons of gpt sites. She's just a bad person with bad intentions and WAY too much time on her hands. Jennteel, you are the idiot, not the sites you speak of. Grow up.
http://squishycash.com is the best!
