Just qualified for an in-home product test that pays $15...

Is anyone else here doing product test for McCormick???

We are currently recruiting for a Home Use Test that will be taking place in August. Compensation for participation is $15. If you qualify we would send a product to your home. You would need to use the product, fill out a questionnaire and then submit your responses via an internet survey. You must have access to the internet in order to participate in this test.

If you would like to see if you qualify to participate, please call into the Toll-Free Test Hotline at ***** (you have to qualify by way of telephone)

If you experience a busy signal or are disconnected, this is a sign that all of our lines are busy. Please try again later.

If you call into the Test Hotline after the study has been fully recruited you will hear a message stating "if we had any tests available for you, you would have been offered the questionnaire before hearing this message".

Thank you,
McCormick Consumer Testing

I found a way to get signed up for their consumer panel. Here's what it says:

Internet surveys, are always fun and easy to complete! Although you are not compensated on an individual basis for your participation, your name is entered into random drawings for cash prizes upon completion of the survey.

So, whether you wish to participate in our Hunt Valley, Maryland studies or Internet surveys, McCormick Consumer Testing has something for every consumer! To find out more, please contact us along with the type of study in which you'd be interested in participating.

The page is on:
http://www.mccormick...nt.cfm?id=12337

Gives you an email address to contact them.

I went to the site and it's on site testing so that takes me out of this one. Too bad they wouldn't send you stuff to try at home LOL Oh well

Good Luck to those who can do this one.

It says that you can email them and let them know if you want to do online surveys. I assumed this included at home testing too but you know what they say about assuming anything.

tried the url, but it wants people in person to come to Maryland - which is a bit of a drive from me :flowers: and I know that I have signed up to be on their panel and have actually tested one product for them, but it has been several months since then.

This will be the very 1st time I was able to participate in a survey for them...It's messed up the way you have to contact them to screen for a survey...They email you a phone # that you try to call (and most of the times I have tried to call to do the pre-screen they either have filled all the quotas or you can never get thru cause the phone is always busy) I suppose I lucked out this time...Usually I will try to call a few times and if the line is still busy I just give up and let it go...

I've done 3 product tests for them in the past. You can only participate in a product test once every 3 months, and only then if you get through their screening process.
I signed up by finding a open invitation. It stated that they only have recruitment for the online panel periodically.
