Someone asked me the other day about newsletters when I mentioned that with newsletters freebies go quick.

A lot of freebie sites have where you enter your email addy they will send you a newsletter. The frequency of receiving depends on that site. Two sites off the top of my head are:
1. Freakyfreddies (http://www.freakyfreddies.com/ ) I can't remember how often I got it. I opted out because I felt he was sharing a lot of "free when you do this" type but it was a nice newsletter. He sometimes had little comments about the freebie.
2. Marysfreebies.com (http://www.marysfreebies.com/ ) Another nice one but a lot of contests and
3. My fav is Freebieswamp (http://www.freebieswamp.com/ ) I'm actually on their yahoo group.

I just usually google for online freebies and that is how I find mine...dont' know how Rock finds hers but she finds some great ones.

Hope this helps anyone who was interested in getting freebie newsletters. I do notice that sometimes the same freebies are on all newsletters so you'll get them a couple times if you are signed up with a couple. But hey better then missing out on one huh B)
