Since I know people are always looking for good focus group opportunities, I wanted to share a great one that has called me a bunch lately. They are called Delve Research (if you google it, no, it's not the one in Ireland) and they have locations in:

I am usually paid at least $100 for a 1 1/2 -2 hour group and really have enjoyed them.

Do these focus groups occur during weekends at all? My sister lives in one of the cities listed and would probably enjoy participating, but I know she could only do it on weekends so I won't send her to sign up unless it would be something she could fit in her schedule. Thanks for any info you can give.

The closest one to me is a 3-hour drive.... :( ....At today's gas prices, plus 6 hours driving time, I wouldn't come out too well if I were invited! :(

I have not been invited to any during the weekends, but the one I am doing later this month is at 8:00 p.m.

Hey you bet. I actually just found out that I am doing two with them this week! One of them through a screener I got through Mindfield! A total of $300 in focus groups this week as I will do those two and an in-person group for $100 each! Whoo hoo!

wow, and i see they have one in st louis, only 60-80 miles away, i could do that. heck i have to go there for to see doctors and get nothing and it costs me about $15 in gas. depending where in st louis its at.

You bet. I am off to do one with them this afternoon and then back again for one tomorrow night. Whoopee! I get such a kick out of these. And the money is coming at a great time as I have to get a new car in the next couple of weeks.

you know - they did not mention that they ONLY wanted people in those cities, so I signed up - maybe they will have some other location open up or do stuff on the phone, or on the internet --- you never know - does not pay to leave any stones unturned :lol:

Excellent point, larafl! One of my focus groups last week, while not through Delve, actually had three people travel from California into my home for what the call ethnography -- they come to you to see you in your setting and do a one on one focus group with you right there. So it's worth a quick signup!
