A Group Effort New PTR but with a twist

This is a new PTR that works kind of the same as your normal PTR's do, but with a slight difference. As the name of the program implies, it works on a 'group' effort rather than on an individual basis. It's a little difficult to explain what I mean, so you may just want to check it out, (you know how useless I am at explaining details, LOL). It does sound really neat, though!
