Sorry, happygal, I have no idea why you would have received these. They do sound pretty nice, though, although I can't imagine what their use would be. If you can't figure that out, I guess you can always use them for recipe cards, hee, hee.

No idea, Happygal. The only thing I use from Quizpoints is the freebies feature. I signed up with the site, but never get surveys.

Good idea, Tara !

I wonder if they are trying to use you as a spokesperson for their site. You should tell them you will pass the cards out if you get commission.

Yeah it is so odd. Literally about 1,000 cards with my first and last name...I cannot imagine, either, how I could possibly use them. I would feel like an idiot :)

And more like drink recipe cards as they are traditional business card size :wishes:

Oh yea forgot...hey nothing wrong with not having a cell phone.

Actually my cell phone is from Virgin Mobile and it's where I have to buy Top Up Cards...I don't use it but for emergencies and turn it on when I need to so my top up cards usually last until the expire date...if you don't top up by a certain date you will be "turned off" so the I get $20 (for $19 lol) at any store.

So I don't have a real cell phone..I don't use the text message because I'm not wasting the money it costs and it doesn't have internet or cameras.

Rock don't worry my mom just got a cell phone and I never thought I'd see my dad using one and he is the one who decided to get rid of landphone and they use cell phone :wishes: lol We aren't making fun of you please don't think that.

I'm with you there, Dawn. I hardly ever use mine either. Basically just for emergencies or long distance trips. Never really had a care to, to be honest. Can't blame Rockin' for not having one. What's the point unless you're going to use it enough to warrant having it to begin with? :D

Well....Ya know...I did have a cell phone about 10 years ago...(when they 1st came out...I got it thru my place of employment at reduced rates etc...) However....When using the darn thing it would become so hot that it would literally burn my ear!!! I then started hearing all this mess about cell phones and cancer that I became frightened :wallbash: :o and turned the thing back in and cancelled my contract and have since then never had an interest in one....

Me on the other hand, always have not one, but two cell phones with me. My work one and my personal one. Then again, maybe that's why I just got that great online focus group last week on cell phones that paid $150 :)

So while I may fry my brain, at least I'll get paid for it. Tee hee.

Still no idea what to do with the cards. I think I'll let my kids color on them :)

I have another use for the 'business cards' B)
you can use them as bookmarks -- I have a lot of cards that I used when I was a travel agent --- years ago, and did not know what to do with them - they are great for writing down phone numbers, notes on the fridge, bookmarks...etc.

I used to own a business, also, and use my leftover business cards kinda like Larafl.....to jot names, numbers, etc on....Sometimes, I jot down sizes, measurements, etc on one of the cards before I head out to shop, stick it in my purse or pocket....saves extra trips back & forth, sometimes!

They're also good for short shopping lists, to-do lists, etc.
