Are any of you affiliates with Global Test Market? I have been for several months and was finally ready to request a check for referrals...they asked me to send an invoice, which I did. And then wrote back saying I needed to fill out a W-9. Did any of you have to do this as well?

if you were an affiliate and they asked you to fill out a W9 form to get paid, would you do it? Do you trust them enough?

Hello Happygal,

I am an affiliate of Global Test Market, and it is normal for any US-based company to report your earnings and request that information. If you make less than $600 from them, you may be able to dispute their need for the info --as they have no obligation to report in that case. The question is do you trust them enough to give them such vulnerable information.

I have dealt with this company specifically for well over a year, and I have not had any issues with them abusing my confidential information. You should be ok. Just be sure that when you send it; you do so using a secure method.

You bet. I went ahead and sent in my form to them and got a nice personal note back saying they received and were walking it over to accounting and I should expect a check in three weeks.

O man unlimited!!! What a hoot...I rec'd a survey from GTM this morning and it put me at 1,059 points...So yes I was finally able to cash-out for the $50!!! Actually it seems as though it took me less time to reach the cash-out point than it did the 1st I cashed-out!!! Hang in there!!!
