Now that Ciao is part of Greenfield Online, a world leader in online surveys, we are in the process of combining our panels to offer more benefits to our members. In approximately two weeks, you will receive an e-mail from Greenfield Online, with information about your new Greenfield Online account. (If you're already a member of Greenfield, you will receive an e-mail confirming your optimized Greenfield membership). At that point, Greenfield Online website will be your home website for all surveys, member activities, and profile updates. However, you will still be able to access the payment page of your Ciao Account for the next 3 months to request any money you have earned on Ciao.
Ciao and Greenfield are now working together to find ways to make paid surveys even more profitable and enjoyable for you. So as a Greenfield Online member, you can expect to benefit from the best of both companies.
