It works, it works, it works! Check them out! They are a website that works sort of like the yellow pages, but with reviews. They are asking for people to write short reviews about their local businesses. This helps them build up their website. In exchange they will compensate you. Also, more than one family member can participate and be compensated, as long as you have your own email address and you don't review the same businesses.

You have two options for compensation. You can ask to be a "community leader" (if you are in one of their desired cities-see end of this post) and if you write 50 reviews in 14 days they will send you a check for $100!!! The other option if you don't have the time to write 50, or if you don't live in one of the current desired cities, is for every 5 reviews you write, they will give you a free $5 Starbucks gift cards. You can get up to 5 of them (25 reviews total).

For the community leader program, it takes them two weeks to pay from the end of your two weeks of reviews (so about 4 weeks from starting day until they mail your check). I believe it took about 2 weeks for them to get me my Starbucks card as well, once I was done with my first 5 reviews.

I hope this blesses someone else as much as it has blessed us!!

Why is that Brian? This is one of those things that really didn't worry me, out of all the crazy stuff available out there. Most of all bc you don't have to pay anything at all, not even postage, so what do you have to lose? It just helps them bc they are a newer company and need business reviews (both good and bad) from all over the country. Also, I was able to test it on a smaller scale before going gung ho with 50 reviews lol. If you are afraid you'll waste time giving a ton of reviews only to not get paid, then try the Starbucks thing first, it only took me 10 minutes to give 5 business reviews and about two weeks later I had a $5 Starbucks gift card in my hands! That's when I decided they were legit and went for the $100. The only thing is they only need the big reviewers in the bigger cities, so unless you live in one of the ones listed above, they won't let you do it. but htat's actually another thing - if they were out to scam us, why wouldn't they just let everyone do it? I know I'm just a stranger, so you don't even know if you can trust me or not, but I tried it and it really did work great for me! ;) But if you are skeptical that's fine, with all the craziness out there it's understandable! Glad I wasn't or I would have not been able to get school clothes this year!

**Even if you don't want to review businesses for them, you should bookmark them and check out the reviews before trying a business in your own town! I already found some great restaurants and found out which hair salons to run away from lol!

Yep that's the one! Insider Pages. While they don't like restaurant reviews for their $5 cards, they will let you do up to 10 restaurants if you do the 50 reviews for the $100 check. So I can live with that lol. Didn't know about it with the $5 cards tho (wish someone had told me!) and wasted 5 reviews lol, only got 1 card instead of 2! :)
