They always wait until I've finished the bulk of the survey, then they say the quota is filled...I find that fishy as all heck. Anyone else have luck?

I not sure if I understand this company. They sent me a product test...and after I had analayzed it...I went to complete the survey and it said the quota was filled. I was happy to get a product test...but was confused why they would send more products out than they needed...because I didn't get to do the survey, I didn't get their $2...which isn't the end of the world....but I thought it was a little weird.

I made several posts concerning Mindfield in the paid surveys section of the forum just last week....Look at page 2 of the thread for Mindfield in that section...I have been in touch with them by phone and by e-mail.... Seems they are having some problems.......

Mindfield is starting to tweak me up :explode: Has anyone here been credited on their account for completed surveys/product tests??? It is now approaching the 2 month mark for an in-home product test I completed...Pay-out was $2 lousy bucks and I have yet to receive credit on my account. I have emailed them and even placed a phone call to them about the issue. Feedback is the normal yadda, yadda you will receive credit.....Eventually...However in the meantime they are still sending me products to test for them...Has anyone here had any kind of luck with this site???? Just curious as to what others are expierencing with this site...

Rockin

these guys seem to be building a terrible reputation for themselves. I have received several invites from them and even qualified for one, but to be honest i never checked to see if i was credited. i have certainly never been paid by them. Keep bugging them and let us know how it turns out

I got paid from them a while back before they started having their problems, I think they were supposed to merge with another survey company. Yes right now I'm awaiting six bucks they were supposed to credit to my account after the study was over.

I had a good thing with Caio and GoZing surveys, they paid cash per survey until Greenfield took them over. Now they just give you an entry into their obscure sweepstakes. I've been with them four years and never won a thing. But I've earned 42 dollars in that four years.

Greenfield sends people surveys thru other survey companies too. Like today I get a Greenfield survey wanting me to do a survey from Pinecone. Yeah I'm going to do that..You only get an entry into the sweepstakes.. well you all know Pinecone pays per survey. I hope they don't plan on stealing that too.

yep the future of survey taking is getting bleaker. Now if you really want to make serious cash, can get to where they need you, Focus Groups make the serious cash.
There's the closest one to me in Phx, 120 miles away that pays 60 to 100 dollars depending on what they are testing. they are mostly first come first serve, always take ID. There are such groups in most major cities, just do a local search.

I just rec'd a survey from GOL...and it was actually being conducted for the Cone...How do I know this...Because before you were allowed to complete the survey you had to type in all capital letters....I AGREE...Sound familiar??? I suppose this is a way out for the cone not having to pay$$$ for completed surveys as it was a 25 minute survey for a sweeps entry...And to top it all off...I think I had already done this same survey for the cone!!! Needless to say...I just closed my browser!!!!

Wow it happened to you too? I like the 'Cone and would hate to see crappy Greenfield take them over too. I mean seriously, the 'cone pays for your time.
I closed my browser too. Also avoid any survey by OTX.You'd go for a dollar survey, think you qualify because they keep asking questions then they tell you that you don't. I like wasting ten minutes for the promise of a dollar They used to be part of GoZing which was good but for OTX nightmares. . I think OTX is the program rather than a company (don't quote me, I'm not 100%) but everytime I get a survey with that logo from Greenfield now I know I'm in for wasting ten minutes before they tell you that you don't qualify. They ask the same questions several times then they don't even lead you back to the Greenfield link so you don't even get the entry into the Sweepstakes. You just waste time you'll never get back.
Beware the surveys from Greenfield with the OTX logo. They are even more of a time waster than checking all your Spam or picking zits. Ha-ha. But true.

To get back to Mindfield....I'm hoping they pay..I'm suppose to get $10 for a test product now that I completed both surveys. So they better pay

How much do you have to have in your account to get it out? I was trying to find it but got sidetracked lol

Shelle...Sorry...I have to disagree with you in reference to OTX....Reason being...I have built up a downline of referrals and am earning 20% of each referrals point accumulation each time they take a survey for the 1st year of membership....I have accured well over 100,000 points at OTX which translates into over $100 worth of GC's. I have cashed-out numerous times at OTX...( I did just cash-out $30 worth of Gc's the other week to spend at Amazon with free shipping!!!) I do realize most peeps here do not care for OTX...However.... somebody from here must be qualifying for their surveys as most of my referrals came from GPH and I am constantly earning referral points!!!

Now... the bit about how they constantly switch you around asking you this question and that question is because they are actually trying to help find you a survey that you can qualify for...I do agree it is frustrating :wishes:

The surveys from the actual OTX site itself are not too hard for me at least to qualify for...However when ,you receive a survey from GOL and then get passed to an OTX survey that can be a different situation altogether!!!

Like I said before...Most peeps here despise OTX...As for me..It is one of my favorite survey sites...

Do a search here at the forum for OTXSX and you can read about all the dialogue there in reference to OTX.... ;)

I've never been screwed by Mindfield.
I have never gotten a survey from the actual OTX site, just the ones thru GoZing at first then now it's GOL. Those are Fustrating bigtime. Those are the ones from GOL that I get and they are irritating. I feel like I'm going in circles, I'm calling my daughter to fill out a survey that calls for teens then it'll say we don't qualify. She likes doing surveys and give her the incentive since she was the one doing it.
When Gozing was around I would actually qualify for an OTX survey and get paid between $ 1-5. I liked doing the OTX surveys though, they were usually about movies and I watch a lot of movies.
I'll go sign up at their website, I think I might have at one time but my email changed. I'll approach it positively. I'll let you know...

My husband is a member of Mindfield, and he has never received a survey. He was a June sweepstakes winner, and we received a check in the mail today for $10!

Shelle, I love OTX. I joined OTX less than a month ago. I have already received 8600 points, and I cashed out last night for a $10 Amazon gift certificate. I got it in my email immediately after cashing out, and I have already added it to my Amazon.com account.

I've been a member at the OTX site for a day and already earned 2000 points on a survey, I can't wait for more. It was on my favorite thing too, watching tv. i looked at my Mindfield member page and my account hadn't been credited for a product survey I did back in May. I'll be patient a while longer I guess.
