I just found out that all of our email confirmations going to Yahoo and Gmail have been going into the 'Bulk Mail' or "Spam" folders. So, many of you who tried to join may not have seen the email from Get-Paid-Hwy to be able to confirm your registration.

This has been an issue for almost a year apparently, so that's about 500 or so people who tried to register and never confirmed because of this. Ah, so sad... *sigh*

But, at least, now we know. Since I have NEVER spammed anyone, I have contacted Google and Yahoo asking why our emails go into 'Bulk Mail' and I have requested whitelist status --since I can prove where each and every one of our sign-ups come from.

Anyway, the point of this thread is to let those of you who tried to register more than 3 days ago but could not confirm know to go ahead and try again. If you just joined within the last 3 days, then you are probably still in our system. Currently, there are about 75 unconfirmed registrations using "Free Email" accounts. So, I'm letting you know that I *see* that you are having trouble and I'm working on getting Google and Yahoo to fix their problem. All new registrations will see helpful messages on how to ensure they get our email --even if Google or Yahoo doesn't fix this problem. It is THEIR problem because we do not spam and can prove it, but that doesn't always mean they will do the right thing.

Please see the next few following posts in this thread for ways to ensure you receive our emails for the various free email services.

2. Click on 'Contacts'

3. In the 'Quick Add Contact' area, add the following:

4. Click 'Add' when finished.

5. That's it! Sign out from Yahoo.

3. At the top of the screen that says MAIL SETTINGS, click the link that says FILTERS.

4. On the FILTERS screen, click the tab that says Create a New Filter tab.

5. In the FROM field on the CREATE A FILTER screen, type: get-paid-hwy.com
*Change NO other settings on this screen.

6. Click the button that says NEXT STEP.

7. Check the box that says STAR IT.

8. Click the button that says CREATE FILTER.

9. That's it! Sign out from Gmail.
