ACOP is one of the biggest survey companies in the world , but does that make it the best? In a word – NO. I could easily end this review now but I will explain why ACOP doesn’t perform well and suggest how they could improve.

My main complaint with ACOP is the availability of surveys. We all know that we can’t expect to receive surveys every day from these companies but neither do we expect to receive only one in six months which wasn’t even a proper survey. Yes – I received only one survey in 6 months and it wasn’t a paid survey or a screening survey – it was some quite long survey on Wine that wasn’t even paid for. This is a major fault that ACOP need to deal with as it has put me right off them and I’m sure plenty of others will feel the same about this.

My second complaint is that their website tells us that we will receive these quite-large rewards ($4-50) per survey but as previously stated the reality is that you will rarely receive any form of survey from them let alone be paid for it. I am yet to hear of anyone who has been paid recently from ACOP.

For ACOP to retain current members they must increase the surveys available and sort out their payment terms. At the moment however I can’t recommend ACOP as it generally seems to be a waste of time and effort without any form of reward.

I will send you $2 for this one. It is good to hear your input, but it is very personalized. There are many factors that determine who gets surveys and who doesn't.

It could be that you won't get many from them, but someone else might. So, these reviews need to be less biased. If you are outside the U.S. and tell them that, then you have to realize that most of the survey companies won't send you very much anyway.
