On there wesbite they say that they have a $2 Dollar Payout!

I had just over $5 in my account and there was no way to redem, so I sent them an email asking how I can claim my earnings.

They then sent me an email back saying that I was using proxy and that my account has been suspended. I replied stating that I had not used proxy (not even sure what that is) and that I have used my account to do VALID searches at home and work.

They are refusing to pay my $5 and I think that it is more the fact that they so not want to pay than because of proxy. I did ask why it had taken till I had requested my earnings to notice, but I have not had any responses.

DO NOT USE!!!

Ouch, jess_t_p, that has got to hurt. I bet you must be pretty mad right about now. Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Unfortunately, many of us others here have also been down that same road...very frustrating.

Anyway, just thought I would give you a link to another part of the forum where we actually do discuss 'proxy'. If you'd like to check it out you can read about what proxy is and what it means. While there, be sure to check out the 3rd post in that section. You will find another link there that you can use to actually check and see if you are (or are not) using a proxy server. If it does indeed show you that you are NOT using proxy (and I doubt you are) I suggest you copy the verification for proof. Then take that copy of your verification and email it to the program you are having problems getting paid from to 'SHOW' them the proof. Let them try to explain there way out of that one!

Thanks for the advice - tested on my home account and im not using a proxy that is where I do most of my searches.
