I waited 6 weeks and wrote waited 2 more and wrote the third time I wrote they quit responding to my e-mails.

Happened with 2 different rewards.

how frustrating. have you tried filing a complaint through surveypolice.com? sometimes they have good luck getting the survey companies to respond.

I requested a payment from them last month ($10) and it was put in my paypal account the next day.

I'm sorry you aren't getting any response from them...

What reward was this? Was it for paypal or Amazon gift cert or something else? If it was a gift cert, maybe it got caught in your spam filter?

Also, it sounds like they responded to you the first 2 times you wrote. Did they give any explanation then, or were they just automated replies?

I cashed for an Amazon gc for $5 (had points that were expiring in a month but not enough to get something big lol) and I got it in 2 days. It's from Perks.com and like survey mom said could have gotten in your spam filter too.

I haven't had a problem cashing out with them...just need to get some points earned again.

I have always been paid, but they do not answer emails at all. I have never received an answer about a big point survey I took and never got credit for. They now pay through Paypal and Amazon. I use those instead. It is faster than waiting for a check. I am sorry you did not get paid.

I got them to pay with paypal, but I stopped using them. It was pretty annoying trying to get any response from them!

I never qualified for any of their surveys and when I did I never had the points credited to my account

I haven't had a problem getting my points to my account. Haven't cashed them out yet though since I'm just now getting a lot of surveys from them (and actually back to doing surveys on a more reg basis)

I don't get many surveys from them...I wish they would pay for the surveys as they are completed, rather than make you accumulate a given number of points before you can cash out.

I imagine they gain there, because some people will never reach the minimum number of points to cash out...I will probably be one of those! :(

Or the points are ready to expire before you can cash out for the bigger prizes. I had to get a $5 gc to Amazon because they were going to expire...I thought that sucked LOL

I'll never get to the bigger prizes because even though I'm getting a lot of surveys I'm only get 10 points here and there if any

I just checked my points status and I am at 8,310 points...Trying to reach the 10,000 point mark before cashing-out...

As far as point accural for surveys goes...I see on my history where I earn anywhere from 75,to 1,000-1,500 points and every thing in-between...

Are you guys logging into the site and completing the quick match surveys?? You don't earn points for those but that will help get you more surveys that do earn points...

Lightspeed pays. I was paid s few times by payal from them. Sorry you didn't get paid but maybe like someon already said, maybe you're spam filter caught the email and flagged as spam.
