I did 13 shops for Quest for Best. I followed all of the instructions exactly, gave good details, turned it in ontime, and so forth.

The owner now refuses to pay me. They owe me $130.00. He says that I didn't follow the instructions. He conveniently changed the instructions and failed to notify me of the changes. He admits the changes but says that they didn't matter anyway. The changes involve authorized versus unauthorized purchases.

I was to go to a retail establishment, do the regular observations as we all do, and purchase something from the store. I did all of that.

I would greatly appreciate all of your support on this. I am a single mom, as I know many of us are. I do mystery shopping for a living, not for a hobby.

Please read the forum regulations. I know you are upset about this program but posting it several times just isn't necessary and won't change anything. Members will read it in the Programs that Do NOT pay but don't want to then see it in every forum area they go to.

You shouldn't rely on Mystery Shopping to make a living. If you really want to do something at home check out www.west.com They have at home agents that you DO NOT pay to be trained.

My husband was doing it for a little bit but wasn't working out for him with school and our kids and school but if you are an at home mom it could be something that would work for you. Brandont is a reliable company...I know also because I work in one of their call centers (so I can't do the at home calls since I'm already employed by them) They pay by the minute so if you sign up for a 1 hour shift and only are on the phones for 40 mins that is what you are paid for. Just something you may want to look into.

Not all of us here are single moms..there are a lot of guys that are members here and some ladies aren't moms but students..we have a wide variety of members. But I know what you meant when you said that. Im a mom but not only do I help on this board but work outside full time (and hoping to pick up a part time job at my kids school) and have 3 kids and a husband who is going to school and working so we are very busy and always looking to do surveys for a couple extra bucks
