Log-in at the site and click where is says"review your unclaimed rewards" then click where it says "Click here to request your eligible payments."

Yea that is the standard for everyone and you were already aware of this due in fact to your previous post...I just answered your question of how you make a cash out...
 Not too mention you have to have at least $5 in your account before you can even make a cash-out....... I just made a cash-out for $76 and have to wait as well.....So much for Instant Gratification for the impatient folks.........
